Each of our trainings offer basic practices of mindfulness, leadership, and self-compassion. These practices help us bring emotions into conscious awareness and develop better response to stress and uncertainty.
According to recent research, mindfulness meditation increases thickness in the prefrontal cortex and parietal lobes, both linked to attention control.
This program utilizes both ancient practices and modern research. Our course uses these methods to clear the mind and find more joy in our lives. We’ll start to listen to what is calling us from within through short daily meditations. Eventually, we’ll work with particular aspirations in order to create a life that feels more fulfilling amidst our present circumstances.
The process we will undertake is comparable to making art insofar as we will be spending a great amount of time contemplating what we envision—just as a painter contemplates nature while painting a landscape—and then, we’ll put our vision into action. When the image becomes tangible and very vivid for the artist, then, it is possible to bring it into the world. Similarly, we will bring our aspirations closer and closer to the canvas of our own lives. We will apply the process of an artist to manifest what we envision and to create our own masterpiece.
